This is the confidence which we have before Him, that, if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have the requests which we have asked from Him.” (1 John 5:14–15, NASB95)

You are to ask for much, My child – but in accordance with My Will, for it is higher and better than your will.  You ask for baubles, but I want to give you the pearl of great price.  When you ask in My Name you are asking in accordance with My Nature.  You may be confident that I hear your requests and that I am answering the prayers that are made in accordance with My Will.  I am more willing to give than you are to ask for the fullness of My Will to be done in this situation.  Ask in trust – in expectancy – so that you may receive.
