“And whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him, that your Father in heaven may also forgive you your trespasses.” (Mark 11:25, NKJV)
You have been misunderstood and misjudged – and this anger towards you has hurt your pride – but it cannot hurt you if you do not let it make you bitter. Forgiveness is an act of your will: you can choose to forgive or you can choose to hold resentment. My Grace is yours to receive if you choose to forgive – but I cannot make you forgive because your will has to be lined up with My Will so that My Grace can overcome your natural feelings of rejection and self-pity. You will only hurt yourself if you continue to hold these negative emotions. Forgive until seventy times seven. Even if she does not forgive you, you must forgive. My Word warns you that My Father cannot forgive you your trespasses when you refuse to forgive others. Your lack of forgiveness is a sin – when you hold unforgiveness against this person, you separate yourself from My Love.
